Monitor Settings

For Windows Users

Right click on the desktop and choose Properities
(the menu options will vary slightly depending on your monitor type).
Click the Settings tab.
Under Desktop area, if not already set, change resolution to 800 by 600 pixels or higher.
Under Color palette, choose the highest possible color [usually High Color (16 bit)]

Display Properties Menu

For Macintosh Users

Click on the Control Strip near the bottom of your screen.
Choose the Monitor Resolution button, and change the resolution to 832 x 624.
Choose the Monitor Color Depth button, and change the color depth to "Millions of Colors".
Restart your computer.
