Shipping
- Free shipping applies only to orders $75 USD or more (excluding applicable tax) shipped by FedEx Ground to the contiguous United States.
- Freight will be calculated and added to all orders outside the Contiguous United States including Alaska and HI.
- Standard shipping & handling rates on CONUS / non- APO / FPO orders less than $75 USD are $7.00 per pair and will be added to your order.
- We reserve the right to ship any order by USPS priority mail.
- Postal service requests and P.O. Boxes shipments are $7.00 per pair shipping charge and will be added to your order.
- APO / FPO addresses - $12.00 per pair shipping fee will be added to your order. (excluding items on our GSA schedule).
- Items on our GSA Schedule shipping CONUS qualify for free shipping.
- Please call or email for expedited shipping options and international shipping rates.
- To qualify for free shipping, the entire order must be delivered to the same address.
- Standard shipping rates are not reimbursed for items returned for a refund.
- Exchanges over $75.00 USD will not be charged shipping charge.
- Exchanges Under $75.00 USD will be charged a $7.00 per pair shipping fee.
- Davidson Shoes reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
International Shipping
- FRAUD PREVENTION PROCESS (International Credit Card Orders): We will charge a small amount to your credit card. You will then be emailed to contact your bank / credit card company and obtain the amount and date of the charge. (It can take 2-3 business days for the charge to post to your account). Email us the date and amount of the charge. If the date and amount are accurate, we will charge the balance of your order and ship within 2 business days via USPS Global Express Mail. This process proves you are the cardholder and eliminates fraudulent transactions. It protects all parties involved.
- Pay Pal / Western Union money gram bypass the above fraud Prevention Process international orders. Please email for instructions.
- Pay Pal Orders – We may elect to refuse any PAYPAL orders from Unverified and or Unconfirmed PayPal users.
- Shipping charges will be added to all international orders as stated on online order confirmations.
- Davidson Shoes is NOT responsible for any Duty, Tax or Tariffs on international shipments. Please be aware that Duty, Tax or tariffs may be required to pick up your package.
- All International shipments are shipped USPS Global Express Mail insured.
- We reserve the right to accept or cancel any international order. (due to excessive fraud).
- We do not ship to Italy.
